Owner & Managing Director

Sébastien Duval is a professional commercial real estate advisor with over 14 years of industry-leading service to landlords, investors and occupiers in all sectors of commercial real estate across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. In 2022, after having built his career working at a national brokerage, Sébastien created ONE. Real Estate Advisors. With its clear dedication to real, relevant results, ONE. quickly became a well-known brokerage in Atlantic Canada servicing major clients in the office, retail and industrial sectors.

Constantly driven to deliver maximum value and genuine service, Sébastien is always ready and willing to collaborate with his clients to better understand their needs and craft winning solutions for real, relevant results. This purpose-driven attitude has made Sébastien a truly indispensable partner in real estate for local, regional and national companies and institutional investors throughout his career.

In terms of community service and volunteering, Sébastien serves as a Director-at-Large with the New Brunswick Real Estate Board and chairs the Commercial Committee and sits on the board of directors for the Beauséjour Gymnos Gymnastics Club in Moncton, where his three children excel in various levels of gymnastics. 

During his free time, Sébastien enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid trail runner, mountain biker, loves reading, listening to music and is passionate about Ferraris, Formula 1 racing and building Lego kits with his kids.

Stéphanie has over 15 years of experience in estimating and project management within the commercial construction industry in Atlantic Canada. 

She has worked on several multi-million-dollar commercial and institutional projects across the Maritimes over the span of her career, consistently developing and sharpening her skills and abilities as a highly organized, strategic critical thinker.

Stéphanie thrives in an environment where she can apply her robust planning and organizational skills daily within the operating systems of a thriving organization.

Stéphanie is the backbone of our operations and our accounting rockstar!

When Stéphanie is not crunching numbers, balancing the books or sifting through a spreadsheet, she enjoys reading thrilling fiction novels, watching great films and spending time with her husband and their three kids; Olivier, Nico and Ellie, and cooking up some tasty (and deliciously healthy) meals for the entire family!
